Crowpecked?

Everyone has bad neighbors; this particular neighbor's house is in shambles and being rented out to all sorts of creepy people. The yard is horrific and there are multiple trees in the backyard that have been dead and still standing there since the guy got divorced a few years ago... Now the trees are just a hangout for the local ugly bird club.
